I am the owner of Change Golf Instruction that provides golf instruction at City of Madison courses, WI. Our PGA instructors believe that everyone can improve his or her golf game, and its our job to help! We incorporate sound technical information with principles of learning theory and apply them to your game. With a strategic approach and good ol' fashioned practice, Change Golf Instruction will help you achieve your golf goals.
In addition to helping you improve your game, Change Golf Instruction's mission is to provide an accessible and affordable way to experience golf in Madison. That starts with making every golfer, and potential golfer, welcome. It means offering high quality golf instruction at affordable prices, and it means helping new and occasional golfers find a community with whom to connect and play golf.
We love watching people improve their golf and incorporating the game into their lifes!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We assess their goals and how much time they want to dedicate to their golf. After the first session we are able to figure out a plan that will help players improve within their time and budget limitations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Change Golf Instructors are PGA/LPGA members.
I am a former tour player and have been teaching golf for 20 years. I have a PhD in Educational Psychology (learning & motivation) and bring this knowledge into my instruction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons can be taken in a group class, or privately.
A group class costs $100 for 5 sessions. Private lessons are $40/30 mins or a series of 5 lessons is $180.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with raw beginners and tour players. And everyone in between! I enjoy people, so their golf ability is irrelevant.
