These are the following reasons why I continue to study with Catalin Iacob!: -the piano lesson is for whatever the student wants (from the start of the first lesson) -able to schedule make up lessons should something come up from student -educational background vast enough even for more experienced or even semi-professional piano players -open to any composition the student brings (even videogame or animated film original soundtracks) -emphasis on enjoying the music rather than competing to be the best musician -no punitive teaching methods -gets to know the student as a person -focus on sustainable piano-playing techniques resulting in fewer injuries and longevity in hand joint health! I started playing piano as a 7-year-old, and Dr Iacob is the best piano instructor I've had in my 22 years of playing piano!
