Been cooking since 16 years old. Went and graduated from Culinary school, from the Art Institute of Los Angeles, for Culinary Arts. I'm currently living in Arizona. And cooking for a mayor league baseball team.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I must great and meet the student. Get to know the student and understand, what level of skill he or she possesses, in their choice of sport. Then its all about teaching: "its not about telling a kid to do something " you must teach him/her first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have An AA degree in child development, I coached Little baseball for 8 years as well as travel ball.
I have coched High school football at it highest level in Los Angeles, CA Loyola High School Div 2, Warren High School Div 6, Paramount High Div 1 And Wilson High city sec Div 3.
How did you get started teaching?
My ex High school Football Coach invited me to come coach.
What types of students have you worked with?
In ln Los Angeles there's a wide range of coaching positions each year, I been very lucky to work with lots of inner city kids from LAUSD (LA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT) I have also been very fortunate to work at private schools as a coach..Some have move on to College and some to the NFL
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Going to the Rose Bowl and watching My first Receiver,I coached play. And him giving me his jersey at the end of the game that was preaty cool
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
ask him/her lots of question in your sport
