About
Above all, I am passionate about educating students in learning piano and music. I hold a Master of Music from the renowned school, The Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelors Degree in Music, with a specialization in Piano Performance from the Brooklyn College Conservatory, City University of New York.I have been teaching for 35+ years In New York, New England, Mid Atlantic States and Arizona. I have performed in recitals, including LincolnCenter, The Brooklyn Academy of Music, Percussion Ensembles as a soloist and Accompanist. I am a member of the MTNA, and ASTMA.
My Masters Degree is in Theory and Analysis which separates me from others who may not have studied the detailed education of how the musical structure commands the process in which to correctly learn the interpretation of music. Combined with my piano performance experience I am able to provide you with a comprehensive piano study.
