I've grown up playing baseball almost my whole life basically since I was 4 years old and I have never really stopped, ive been taught the game by some of the best coaches, mentors and players and have also competed against some of the greatest athletes known around. I have over 25 years of football and performance training knowledge. I played college football at Chico State for 3 years. I have been a trainer and coach to numerous athletes that went on to become Division 1 and professional athletes. ALL 10 Training offers fitness training, sports performance programs, and nutritional guidance.
