What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will speak to the student and find out what goals they have for themselves as far as learning Spanish and will tailor a course to meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Spanish from the University of La Verne , and that included studying one year at the University of Barcelona. I am a credentialed Teacher in California. I am also a native speaker .

How did you get started teaching?
My mother was a Teacher and I enjoy working with people and I followed that desire and decided to go into the teaching profession.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught High School students from all levels , from Spanish 1 to AP Spanish . I have also done private tutoring . I also have taught Adult School Spanish classes .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At a recent 20 year High School reunión for Ontario High School , where I taught for 34 and a half years , my ex student shared how she is now a High School Spanish Teacher due to the impact I had in her life so that was very rewarding to hear.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say to find a Teacher who you feel comfortable with, who has lots of experience and who will make your learning experience a positive one.
