As a former D1 volleyball player, I have had the privilege of playing in the PAC 10 and honing my skills as an athlete. Over the past 15 years, I have trained in coaching and have gained extensive experience coaching players ranging from ages 8- college, from high school to club. My focus is on developing players' technique, volleyball IQ, confidence, and nutrition so that they can reach their full potential. My name is Al and I have been coaching and teaching volleyball skills for over 25 yrs. I've coached High School Varsity, Jr. High and Junior Olympics. and worked many privates and groups. I specialize in volleyball training, I was a varsity player for my highschool team, playing outside hitter and training to be libero for my college team. I also ran track all four years, and swam for a year. I go to California Polytechnic University, and am working to transfer into UCSB.
