I have over 25 years of volleyball knowledge. I played HS varsity volleyball at D1 level for 4 years and was a player/coach in the Navy league for 10 years. I recently coached a middle school and won the district championship title this last spring. Now I’m currently coaching HS girls volleyball during fall season. My name is Rakim Cox. San Diego native and former NFL Defensive End. Im a well known football coach in San Diego, specializing in Defensive line training as well as performance training (quicker, faster, stronger) I am currently the strength and conditioning coach at Mater Dei.
