I have been coaching and mentoring others in athletics and in sales (the business world) since 2010. I was a two time NCAA Champion Fencer at Penn State and that is where I learned to prepare, visualize your performance, and to compete at the highest level. After college I learned to work well with others and help them perform their best - and how to be a great winner and loser. I now coach and play volleyball (sand/beach) as my sport of choice, but have also coached soccer, flag football and other sports.
