What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Some students learn visually and others physically. Some even learn by taking notes. It’s best to first discover which way or ways my students best learn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. in Ballroom Dance from BYU
Coaching from a variety of top coaches. I’ve completed all around the United States. I’ve taught on cruise lines.Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer hourly private lessons. Students can pay hour by hour or purchase a package of 10 lessons and get 1 free
I also offer a wedding package.How did you get started teaching?
After college, I started teaching in South Bay, Orange County, and Pasadena. I also landed a job on cruises.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students of all ages from as young as 4 years old to 85 years young.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We just had a studio showcase which allows my students to perform for their family and friends.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You get what you pay for in life.
Dance lessons are meant to train you both physically and mentally.
It’s important you find a teacher you can connect with naturally.
