Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

I’ve been working with David for about six months now and I can’t say enough about how easy he has made my transition into weightlifting. His plans are always changing so I don’t get bored and he sends along great YouTube videos to make sure I understand all of the exercises. Results wise I have so much more tone and definition! I look strong but more importantly I’m getting stronger! David is super responsive when I have an injury and works around it but also works to strengthen the muscles to help me heal and prevent another injury. Honestly if you’re on the fence- just try it, in a few weeks time you’ll be thanking your lucky stars that you did!
