Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

Ivo is the real deal. He knows his stuff and was able to customize a plan for me that helped me reach my goals and enjoy the process at the same time. Workouts were varied, engaging, and adaptable. He's also just a great guy to be around. Time flies with him at your side and he's able to apply the right amount of motivation and support to give you that extra boost when you need to push through to the finish line.
