I have been dancing since the age of three and it is my passion to help others find the joy that dancing brings. Dancing is a universal language and should be shared with everyone. I love helping people learn and grow. Yes, it might be uncomfortable and scary learning something new but the lessons you learn from dancing go beyond the physical exercise. It helps your mental , spiritual , and physical self and allows you to understand and explore what your body can do.
