Dance for the Spirit is the name of my company established in 2003. Our programs and workshops combine ancient and modern dance traditions, moving meditations, tribal fusion, gypsy bellydance, and deep soul awareness, to create positive energy through movement, for the person dancing and the environment around them. We gather in what we also call Women's Dance and Empowerment Circles to work in a loving, respectful and non-competitive environment where all ages, sizes, and skill levels are welcome. 💓
I also provide private lessons and Dance-Therapy session. 🙏🔥🌟💘💃✌

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We pay special attention to finding your own flow, for which we practice dedicated warm-up and elonging routines and then proceed to specific dance moves, combos and improvisation exercises. We also take our time to cool down with special moves and meditations to help the body-mind asimilate what we learned during class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studies in Bellydance (specialized in gypsy styles), Flamenco, Oddisi (regional temple dance from India), Dance-therapy, Modern Dance, Yoga, Nomadic and Tribal dances, and different kinds of Meditation and Deep Soul Awareness.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Typically ranges from 25 to 50 USD hourly for private lessons (can be split among attendants if it's a small group).
How did you get started teaching?
People started asking me for lessons and setting up groups for me to teach after seeing me perform :)
