Matilda really understands me well enough (I’ve never met her before btw) to keep me motivated and interested to learn from her. And to top it off, she’s a very funny and loveable person who makes me feel like a person and make this musical journey- our journey. She makes classes intersting and makes sure to choose a path on what ways to develop my skills better all while explaining to me why- and that’s important! Marshal is not only a gifted musician but also highly skilled at teaching. Marshal infuses music theory into his lessons, helping me understand the meaning behind the notes. He also uses personalized techniques to help with proper hand placement and reading sheet music. As an adult student, I was nervous about picking up an instrument but Marshal customized his curriculum to my learning style, characteristics and ability, making my journey with the piano an enjoyable yet challenging experience! I've been working with Marshal for only a few months and I've made great strides in my ability to both read sheet music and play the piano. He's also very patient and highly personable! I highly recommend working with Marshal. Very excited for my future lessons and continued piano skills growth!

Mirco is an awesome teacher! I have been taking bass lessons with him for the past year and he has really helped all aspects of my playing. Most importantly it has been really fun. We studying everything from Jazz, to rock, to funk, to Primus. We have covered a lot of technical things and theory, but he also always makes sure to put it into practice and apply it to something I can enjoy playing. Last but not least, he is really great to hang out with during the bass lesson and is genuinely really nice :)
