I really enjoy seeing youth accomplish their goals and acheieve greatness. I love seeing them put in the hard work needed to seperate them from their opponent. Athletes have won 44 Gold Medals and have set 11 World Records. Golfers have won US Open, improved putting from #113 to #1 and quadrupled tour income. Runners usually cut a minute per mile off running pace, age-group swimmers have won state, national and regional championships. Tennis players add 20 mph to serve and 30% to ground strokes. Baseket ball players have double free throw percentage. Baseball players have increased bases stolen from 14/15 to 32/33.

Welcome all! I'm so glad to have you on board. There's experience in several different sports and athleticism and skills were acquired, of course. Basketball and football were continued up to the professional entry level with dedication and devotion. From that passion of all athletics, I will assist you in becoming fundamentally and technically sound through proper training.

I have over 25 years of football and performance training knowledge. I played college football at Chico State for 3 years. I have been a trainer and coach to numerous athletes that went on to become Division 1 and professional athletes. ALL 10 Training offers fitness training, sports performance programs, and nutritional guidance.

I can guarantee that I will make you or your child better at baseball after 1 lesson. I can make them exponentially better if they stay with me for months. I care for my players and that's why my players gravitate towards me.
