I’ve been a personal trainer for 30 hrs and a Pilates instructor for 25yrs. Worked in a physical therapy office for 3 years.

I've danced, taught and choreographed my entire life. I've performed Jazz, Hip-hop, contemporary, ballet, and Salsa dance professionally. I've traveled with my dance expertize both nationally and internationally. I was already a professional dancer and then I earned a dance degree at UCLA. I've danced and acted with such stars as Janet Jackson, Eddie Murphy, Meryl Streep, Sally Field, Whoopie Goldberg and more.
