Hi, My name is Steven Pivec, I dabbled with guitar starting at 12 or so and became very invested by 16. I am self taught, yet took Music Theory Classes at DVC as well as Production. I also can teach Mandolin, Banjo and roughly any instrument with Strings (besides the violin) . After breaking my leg at 19, my music went from basic, and over a period of 4 years was about only thing I could do physically. Since then I have been in multiple bands, know how to easily read Tabulator and utilize simple Metronomes or Drum backing tracks, as this helps greatly improve staying in time, which many guitarists struggle to do, especially with string bands
