I have been a professional seamstress my entire career. My specialty is womens high-end alterations, custom and restyling, from formal to casual. I have been teaching in Aurora Public schools for the last four years and have experience teaching adults and children. I enjoy teaching and creating being a working artist in the community in which I live. I have had my work shown in various art fairs and centers. I like to work with a lot of different mediums such as watercolor, oil, and acrylic. l am partial to drawing the human face and family members in every day situations.

I am employed full time for the government, so I only have time for lessons on the weekends. I am a Member of the Parker Artists Guild and a co-curator in a local gallery. I have been selling and displaying my oil and acrylic paintings since 2009 when I was undergoing chemotherapy. I am cancer free and still painting. I enjoy expressing how I view the world through my artwork.

Every lesson is a lesson for me as well. Im an artist naturally, but painting has been my joy. I teach students in the order i would do it, and let them add their own creativity. I have a street art type style so I usually add my own personal touch and style. My style, uniqueness, and timing is what makes my art and business stand out.
