Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was givving a lesson to a young woman who was struggling due to lack of the proper knowledge. After just a few minutes of instruction a strike of the ball and a shot never before achieved was accomplished. In that moment her face light up with excitement and satisfaction with a desire to do it again...
These are the moments that drive what I do.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Knowing the information doesn't mean one is a good teacher. Being able to communicate the information is key.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
It helps to have specific goals. So questions about what the student wants out of lessons.
