I have been playing acoustic guitar for over thirty years, and have been teaching guitar just as long. I love teaching, I love guitar and I love students! Most of my guitar playing has been in schools and churches as I am a certified Spanish teacher and have played guitar for my students all these years. I teach with a method I designed myself. If you are ready to learn, I am ready to teach you to play!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will speak with them and set up a time and place and agree on the cost of lessons. We will meet and the first lesson will be introductory but action packed! We will get right to it! 45 minute lessons to one hour lessons are the best way to go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Education, so teaching is my thing!

Lessons are $35 per hour.

I began teaching guitar as a 20 year old, and have been teaching for over 30 years!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught both English and Spanish speaking students, and I have taught guitar in both Spain and the United States. I have taught students in their 20s and students in elementary school. I have taught adults.
