I am an adult piano learner with a musical background in the voice especially. Aiesh is a kind and friendly teacher. She cares about the success of the student. I like the selection of books and other materials that she uses. For me it helps go over music theory well and solidifies it. Aiesh is good at pointing out when you need to play differently to match what is written in the music. She is very good at encouraging you both when you have done well and when you need to improve. I had a very positive experience!

The Ottley Music School has been instrumental in helping my daughter learn to read music and perform appropriate but challenging pieces. The teachers encourage each child to reach their potential while providing top notch instruction. We are happy with the quality of instruction and performance opportunities our child has received at Ottley Music School.

Narciso Solero is an exceptional piano teacher. He gives students an excellent musical foundation, teaching them scales and arpeggios, music theory, sight-reading, and how to play with musical expression. He trains them to be ready for performances and competitions. The students have the opportunity to perform in multiple recitals each year, including a concerto recital. Receptions after the recitals create community among the families of the students.
Mr Solero is organized. He maps out the year, performance dates, competition opportunities, and holiday breaks, in a calendar at the start of the school year. It is so nice to know in October what the recital date will be in February. He also uses organization to teach the students in a method that is easy for them to follow. The students are able to take ownership of their own progress and feel a sense of accomplishment after each time they practice.
Mr. Solero taught our sons how to study and how to break down an overwhelming project into smaller pieces. He also taught them to work steadily toward their goals. Our younger son, who stayed in the studio for a couple of years, has a lifelong love of music and truly appreciates the time he spent in Mr. Solero’s studio. Our older son credits his 7 years in the Narciso Solero Piano Studio with preparing him for college auditions and acceptance into conservatory. We all highly recommend Narciso Solero Piano Studio.

I took lessons with Greg when I was a little kid...I have great memories of learning Beatles tunes while Greg belted out the lyrics beside me. Now, playing the piano is a major source of joy in my life, and for that I thank Greg.

It is great pleasure to share my experience here. Ms Bella is my son - Eric's first piano teacher. Eric took piano lessons with Bella beginning September 2013 and he stayed with Ms. Bella ever since until she left Syracuse in December 2016.
Ms Bella is good at teaching her students according to their levels of knowledge and ability. She not only taught the basic skills and emphasizing on scales and fingering, but she also focused on the dynamics, on how to bring color to the music piece.
She was also able to impart her enthusiasm and love of playing the piano onto Eric. Rather than working directly from a piano lesson book, she would select and play difference pieces of music to allow Eric to choose what he wants to learn. She also encouraged Eric to find out more about the composer of the music he played. By doing so, Eric became more interested in practicing and playing piano.
Ms. Bella is friendly and patient. She would praise Eric's accomplishments and acknowledge each newly learned measure of music. She was very proud of each student and was evident during recitals that were held twice a year.
Ms. Bella plays an important role in fostering Eric's interest in music. It also helped him to learn other music instrument with the greatest of ease. I respect Ms. Bella for many of her qualities. I highly recommend her as a piano teacher and I am envious of her future students who can experience her passion and love of music.
