I am have a High School Diploma in Venezuela, a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering in Massachusetts, and different certifications, like Protocol and Etiquette, Women Psychology, History of Religion and Finance.

How did you get started teaching?
Since 11 years ago, when I finished my first book and took my Certification in Protocol and Etiquette, I began to start to teach about good manners in schools, high schools, universities and in businesses.

The teacher must have love and experience for what the teacher is doing.
