I am excited about teaching each student, and take pride in seeing my students learn the basics of music. I learned to play piano by ear and a young age. I was apart of jazz band in college where i took music theory. My knowledge of music will take my students to the level in their learning.

I have a great deal of experience playing and teaching the Horn. I am a former principal Horn of The Miam Symphony, and have played with many orchestras throughout Florida. I have extensive experience teaching Horn. While in South Florida, I have taught Horn at The Gulliver Academy since 2006. I was also the Horn Professor at the Panama Conservatory of music in Central America. I hold a Masters degree in Performance from Carnegie-Melon University in Pittsburgh, and a Bachelors degree in Music Education from Oberlin Conservatory of Music. I can gaurentee to teach your child how to play the drums, or your money back. I played professionally from 1965 to 2000. I have recorded many times. Without knowing how to read drum music, you will never be a drummer. I teach notes, time signatures, and the rudements needed to play the drums.
