Our school teach about Life and Success Coaching and Personal Development. We use an unique appoach to train your mind to focus on reality, think positively, and tap into your potential. We have helped about 50 students on their development path.
We now offer Basic Skills Education and professional skills. In these we use repetition, memory techniques, sense memory, support and a lot of fun activities as a team so you succeed in your exam or career project.
We have been training in Information Technology for about 10 years. Our format is simple and hands on so you just get it. Instead of reading a book. TED has. Bachelor's in ITand works in IT for 10+ years.He is certified in CompTIA A+,Network+, Microsoft MCTS ( Which included Networking and Active Directory)
We have been training in Health Sciences for about 10 years. Ted has been a Bodybuilder and Aerobics Fitness for 30 years.
Yogi Tej is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). He also Certified Reiki level 2 and Yoga Certified from Yoga Shristi, from Ayodhya India. He believes in authentic Yogic science.
He has been doing yoga since his childhood and main interests are pranayam (breathing), mindfulness, and meditation.
Our main specialty is healing people. Interests are Mindfuness, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Mind Yoga, and Pranayam Breathing.
He believes in integrated yoga - mix if many styles as long as it accomplishes a goal.
Our goal is to preserve the Ancient healing sciences of Yoga system as it is in is true authenticity before we add or subtract to it. This way we can get the hidden benefits.
I love progressing into my own energy and potentials, I love to show these truths to to others. Sharing the positive energies to heal ourselvs, clear our mind, give us energy and positivity.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With new students we always oriented ourselves and students for maximum benefits.
1. Introduce the teacher, qualifications, and our services and how to get maximum benefits for the students
2. Ask qualifying questions, take quick exams, and observe the student to understand the
individual perpective, strengths/ weaknesses, interests, needs, or diagnose if any blocks to success of each student
4. Give constructive real feedback on what we observed, what student will need to succeed at skill, how the class will be laid out, and haw we can do better.
3. Introduce the class and tailor program to needs of students as much as possible
4. Start with breathing, put mind to ease, in learning mode at a pace, starting rythm, and warm up joints
5. Move to different Asanas poitions, or skills needed
6. Give time for each asana or skill, remind to breath, relax and focus
7. Go on to little intense Asana and skills

Ussully it is $20/ donation, minimum $30 if I come to you for gas and all that is all.
How did you get started teaching?
My family culture did yoga since I was like 5 yr old. Later, I started reading and was on a quest to KNOW the truths.
My interest in my inner energy and potentials guided the way.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types and colors and ages, even som disabled, and elderly. Mostly adults.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have completed 14 malas (bead meditation) for a Janamastami.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
ask questions, hire certified teachers that are inline with your interests since there is a LOT of different specialties in Yoga.
