About
I utilize different approaches based on the students needs and desires for game improvement. Tathata Golf is a new training method that I like to incorporate as well.
I have played professionally for 15 years and taught for almost 15 more.
I like to use V1 video as well.
Watching the joy of a successful improvement is exciting! Seeing a new student hit the ball better than they thought they could. Integrating fitness, health and golf like life is essential.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
FirstI like to start with looking in your golf bag/ some people have clubs(old and heavy) that put them behind the 8-ball right away. If you are going to purchase clubs, please wait to speak to the pro first. Also we need to assess your physical capabilty level- this helps determine other factors that may be just as important as swing technique.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years tour experience followed by almost 20 years of LPGA teaching programs and other continuing education courses such as : Teaching Her-geared specifically for women. I am a Tathata Certified Movement Specialist. (The martial Art of golf training) This blends in well with my 40 years of traditional golf experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I am flexible for single private lessons, to bring a friend lessons and small groups.
$60.oo/ one hour private single lesson
$40.00/ 1/2 hour private single lesson
How did you get started teaching?
I was coaching the local University Women's golf team after playing the tour and it just came naturally to share the knowledge. Then I taught their Elderhostel golf schools in Daytona/Palm Coast that were so much fun. Now we are trying to focus on keeping women engaged in golf and making the game fun for all levels. (Especially beginners)
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with LPGA junior girls golf all the way to seniors (men and women) in Road scholar.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Loved watching Sergio win the Masters
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You need to find someone you can "click " with. Make sure you can understand what is being said as many teachers have different ways to say the same thing.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do you want to get out of your golf game? Why do you play? Do you want to play competitive or social golf? How much time are you willing to put into improving? Is my equipment the proper weight, flex and fit for me?
