Hello everyone!
Dancing has been part of my life since I was a baby. I’m Oleg, I’m 33 years old and I am a ballroom dancer and teacher. I stated to dance before I started to walk. I Was born in a family of dancers in a small country named Moldova. My whole family are dance teachers and adjudicators. I started to teach at the age of 15 at my mother’s dance school. At 25 I came to US and decided to follow my dream of having my own dance studio. And now my friends, I know, dreams come true. I own it.
It took me 8 years to find the place I wanted to spend my life in. All these 8 years I was a dance teacher in different Fred Astaire Dance Studios in New York and Florida. I got numerous awards at various competitions as top teacher.
Now let me tell you about our studio. At Florida Dancesport we provide the best service in the business. We teach the most popular Latin and Ballroom Dances such as: Tango, Salsa, Rumba, Waltz, Cha-cha, Mambo, Merengue and much, much more. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 12-9 p.m., Saturday, Sunday by appointment only. You can come as a couple or by yourself. All ages are welcome. Private Lessons or Group Classes. Our group classes are at 7 p.m. on weekdays.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Of course it depends on student's goals and timeframe, but usually we offer free private ( 30 mins) or (45 mins) group to try us out in the studio. Our studio is located in Publix promenade plaza on 10055 cleary blvd, Plantaion, fl 33324. If the student us to travel to their place, terms and conditions should be discussed over the phone or email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was born in a dance Dynasty, all relatives are dance teachers with 40 + years of experience. World Champions in Formation Standard Dancing. At one point was the biggest school in the world (1100) members. I personaly have 28 years of dance experience, started to teach at 15 at mother's dance school back in Moldova, where im originally from. Past 9 years have been teaching in various Fred Astaire dance studious in New York and Florida.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Regular Rate is 80 $ per 45 minutes private lesson in the studio. If students wants me to travel he has to agree to pay travel expenses. Group Classes are 20$ per single class, 150$ for package of 10 classes ( classes dont expire) and 180$/ month for unlimited group classes ( big variety of classes, more than 23 classes a month/ less 8$ per class). Group classes are heldon weekdays @ 7pm.

Was born in dance family , so i had no choice )) and very happy about it.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginners to Professionals, Social students, Competitive students, Wedding couples, Adults and Kids.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Its always scary to start, so be brave and just try it.
Some people seem to think that good dancers are born, but all the good dancers i have known are taught or trained.
