I love working with people to improve their physical, mental and emotional health. I believe when you are healthy physically you can improve both your mental and emotional well-being. I treat each individual differently and don't just cookie cutter plans. While I am newly certified as a personal trainer, I have actively been working on myself and worked two years as a PE instructor and have most recently worked as a weight training instructor.
