I am a certified football position coach, strength trainer and speed performance coach.Before I started training I was a Pro football player for the Tennessee Titans after 5 years of college at University of Miami and UW-Madison. I have been putting athletes in college since 2017. I am an ISSA certified expert trainer on different surfaces , weight room exercise TRX and Olympic lifts I also have access to nutritionists and fitness apparel .
