I’m passionate about what I do I’m very affordable. I start young as 5 years old . My focus is foundational at the position starts, stands, gripping a football the correct way, throwing, and building strength arm strength. I also offer some basic board work, teaching to read the defensive box etc.

I teach the basics to the highest levals. My main tool is roughtine based through music to engrain muscle memory. My name is Darius Victor the head trainer here with Team Flex. I’ve been playing football since the age of 8. I’ve been with the New Orleans Saints and Arizona Cardinals in the NFL. I also played in the XFL and most recently the USFL with the New Jersey Generals. According to PFF I was the most efficient running back averaging a league-leading .38 missed tackles per carry and 4.8 yards after contact per carry.
