My name is Norma Fabiola. I am a professional ballet dancer, passionate about my work specifically teaching and training also passionate people. After dancing professionally, I am dedicated to learn movement and body motion.

I am Certified Ballet Teacher with the American Ballet Theatre National Dance Training.

-as a Choreographer, I work with students that wants to Compete. I prepare them and make theirs solos in contemporary and ballet techniques .

- I am also, Gyrotonic Trainer (conditioning and body expansion system) for dancers and sports.

- I teach Private Ballet Classes for young and adults students. Very important for me is to teach the technique, but most important the quality of the movement and the artistry part of the students.

When I recognise the weakness of the student, I dedicate to work on strengthening the body not only through the dance, but through Gyrotonic. The training of Gyrotonic focuses on exercises that stretch, strengthen, and elongate muscles while nurturing the connective tissue around joints to improve balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
