Hey everyone, my name is Ajeanis G and I am the CEO and founder of All Things Media management. I started a management consulting company because I begin managing my six children who are all Singer, songwriters actors, athletes, and continent creators, all of the tender age of three and up. When I first started, I had nowhere to go no one or to reach out to, and the Internet definitely did not provide any advice on how to get them into this industry. Yes of course as the nurturing mother that I am I reached out and got no responses. That was the drive for me right there. I became so passionate, and fell in love with the fact that there is a way to get in this industry without compromising who you are and learning from experience what you can do when you’re in this industry, and begin to research study and take mentorship classes, and became a student of the industry.

Then, all of a sudden, yes, I struck gold. My daughter became a star and that was it. That was the catalyst to me looking and seeking and discovering talent but I didn’t have to do that for much long at all Talent came to me and there you have it I became a Talent Consultant Manager.

Now i can honestly say for 24 yrs i’ve had the honor of not only raising good talent to developing great stars!!
