Hi I’m David or Coach Gilbert I’m a current athlete for the National Arena League Champion 2023 Jacksonville Sharks. I am a certified football position coach, strength trainer and speed performance coach.Before I started training I was a Pro football player for the Tennessee Titans after 5 years of college at University of Miami and UW-Madison. I have been putting athletes in college since 2017. I am an ISSA certified expert trainer on different surfaces , weight room exercise TRX and Olympic lifts I also have access to nutritionists and fitness apparel . I am a father of three little boys age 9,8 and 7 months. We start training at age 5 m

Injured my knee and joined the military. We also own the Atlanta sharks pro indoor team. You will be trained by former pro and college players.
