What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First, we schedule an Assessment Test to tailor the lessons to their particular needs. And then we schedule the training In-Company or In-House.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied in the UK and Venezuela and have a degree in Education & Modern Languages.  I have been teaching English and Spanish for 30 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge $50/hr and offer a Discount on Long-Term Plans.

How did you get started teaching?

When I was studying in London, UK, I had a superb and inspiring professor who was able to instill in me a Love for Teaching.

What types of students have you worked with?

From a 9-month old whose mother tongue was Hebrew and lived in Venezuela while I was teaching him English to an inspiring 85-year old lady who wanted to practice her conversation skills in both English and Spanish!

I train teenagers to enter college and in Miami, most requests are for the ACT, SAT, and TOEFL.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A 17-year-old boy whom I trained for the AccuPlacer and passed with flying colors, thanks to his focus and dedicated practice!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Ask questions about experience, location, pricing, and take an Assessment Test.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What is the use of the language: academic or professional?  How long can you train to achieve your goals?
