Welcome New Students! My name is Ivan and I love music. I believe I was meant to serve others through music. I was fortunate to graduate with honors from Berklee College of Music. I've performed in multiple stages in North America with both established and indie artists. My all time instrument has been the drumset but in the last 5 or so years have worked on learning and mastering guitar. I play music for a living and I'm solid on 3 instruments. I've achieved 8 outstanding drum solo awards in jazz band. I also front my band on vocals and guitar. I'm fluent on vocals,guitar and drums.

I have a great deal of experience playing and teaching the Horn. I am a former principal Horn of The Miam Symphony, and have played with many orchestras throughout Florida. I have extensive experience teaching Horn. While in South Florida, I have taught Horn at The Gulliver Academy since 2006. I was also the Horn Professor at the Panama Conservatory of music in Central America. I hold a Masters degree in Performance from Carnegie-Melon University in Pittsburgh, and a Bachelors degree in Music Education from Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
