I have learned over the years that each student learns differently, so I have developed a way to adapt my lessons to work with each individual. I am easy going and I like to make the session fun. I also solicit feedback from my students, so that I can continually improve and make the next learning experience even better.
I have had a passion for the game of golf for almost 40 years, and nothing brings me more fulfillment than helping my students increase their playing enjoyment and confidence on the course.
My lessons cost $70.00 per hour, and I teach in Palm Coast at the Grande Reserve Golf Club. I look forward to working with you on improving your golf game!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to use some time to get to know my new students: physical limitations (if any) and goals as a golfer. I then evaluate a student's swing. And finally, I teach the appropriate setup/swing corrections through a process of swing thoughts, visualization and execution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been instructing as an Air Force trainer and manager for 22 years and I have been teaching golf for close to 40 years. I am also in the PGA program.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$40.00 for a half hour and $70.00 for an hour of instruction. Package deals are available in bundles of 3 or 6 lessons.
How did you get started teaching?
My love for the game prompted my desire to help struggling golfers throughout the years. Once I witnessed their skill level and enjoyment increase, I knew then that teaching professionally was my calling and decided to work in the golf industry.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages 10 years old and above. All skill levels.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The recent PNC challenge is one of my favorite venues to watch, I like to see family members competing alongside their perspective touring professionals.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the instructor is a good fit with your personality and preferences for instruction. If not, keep looking for the one that works best for you.
