Graduate of Upper Level in Classical Guitar, Higher Level in Cultural Promotion, studies of Popular Harmony applied to the Guitar and Specialized Course of Modern Musician in the Berklee College of Music, Diploma in Pedagogy Based on Competencies of the Polytechnic of Colombia. Composer, performer and arranger.
He has composed music for Radio, theater and made mixing and mastering works in Colombia. He was music coordinator of the Catholic University of Colombia and music teacher at the University Foundation of Health Sciences. He has taught Popular Harmony and Orchestration at the CEAR PB Academy in Bogotá. He taught Popular Harmony and Orchestration at the UNARTE Foundation of Colombia, for directors of Martial Bands and at the Guerrero Academy of Arts in Bogotá where he also taught theoretical lessons in Solfeggio, Auditory Training and Acoustic Guitar. He has worked as a music teacher at the Art Schools of Cuba, and he was part of a working group of six teachers of the Island, with the task of reviewing the Applied Harmony to the Guitar program of the Art Instructors Schools, headed by Alexis Baxter, organized by the National Center for Artistic Teaching.
Co-author of the guitar method of the CEAR PB Academy, in a concerted project between the Mayor's Office of Bogotá and the Bogotá Philharmonic Orchestra.
