Gay K. says, "I've been studying with Andrew Jankura who owns Soul Keys Studio for over two years now and he is truly a fantastic piano teacher. He can play and teach any genre, and although we have focused on jazz, we have also worked on holiday music and my favorite: the blues. He is patient, thorough and very creative in our lessons, making them challenging but fun. I have taken both in-person and online lessons from him and enjoyed them both. He has a true gift for teaching and loves to nurture new players. I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. I've taken music lessons for many years playing other instruments and all of my teachers pale in comparison. I feel myself improving every week that I work with Andrew. He is a consummate professional and is extremely dedicated to his students. If you're looking for a piano teacher - look no further! You have found one of the best. And he's affordable, too. All this in one teacher. You really can't go wrong studying with Andrew. Extremely highly recommended!" Read more

Instant Piano is a 2 part system for beginners who are looking for fast results without tedious practice routines. There is no reading sheet music or boring scales to mindlessly practice. 100% satisfaction guarantee. The student will learn to play the piano using my system of grips and simple patterns. These techniques immediately sound like songs, because in practice this is how many songs are played. In Part 1 we start with a simple grip and pattern, and incrementally increase complexity of both the grip and the pattern. I will show how this system is expandable on your own infinitely by simply changing the key. In Part 2 I will show you th...

  • Do you offer a trial lesson, either for free or at a discounted rate?

  • What textbooks do I need, and what's their cost?
  • Do you give assignments or pieces to memorize after each lesson?
  • Can you adapt your teaching style based on the individual student's needs?
  • What should I bring with me to our lessons?

Im Caleb’s student. He teaches me drums and, I like the way he teaches things. He never makes me feel rushed and he takes the classes slow and smooth. Sometimes he even likes to challenge me a bit but he never makes it hard to the point where I wanna stop playing drums. He makes me feel so confident where I'm now playing in school chapel. Overall he is the best teacher you could get for ANY instrument.

Starting piano lessons as an older adult is much more difficult than when you are young and kind of scary. But I was at ease with Betty immediately. She is a wonderful person and I can't even imagine a better teacher. She is such a talented pianist herself & a very patient teacher. I also loved how she talked about music history & the great classical artists. It is easy to see how much she loves what she does. She really cares about her students and will go the extra mile to help them learn. I had to move out of state or I would still be her student. She's the best!
