What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Introducing the basic of the six major ballroom dances: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Chacha, Rumba, Swing. Then focusing on a couple dances at a time to build confidence through movements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
certified professional through the NDCA under the DVIDA syllabus.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
lessons are $95 for 45 minutes for a single person or couple. Group classes are $40 with a minimum of four people.
How did you get started teaching?
Runs in the family, decided to pursue after high school.
What types of students have you worked with?
my clientele currently is mainly in the medical field, computer field, or engineering.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher whose teaching style clicks with your learning style.
