Di Bella Dance Center offers a variety of dance classes for ages 5 months and up, from beginner to advanced levels.
Through dance, our goal is to develop confidence and self-esteem.
Students are placed at the appropriate level to learn proper technique, in a fun, creative, and energetic atmosphere.
Whether your child has been dancing for years or has never danced before, this is the place for them, Di Bella Dance Center.

I have been a performer at Six Flags Great America and Walt Disney World. My goal is to teach my students more then just choreography. I want to teach them how to be a performer beyond in the class room.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When a new student comes into class I do a review class. I let the other students show the new student what their favorite thing is that they have learned so far. It's a great way to break the ice and a great way for the new studet to be caught up so they dont feel behind. Then by the second or third class they feel as if they have been in the class the whole year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been dancing since I was 3 years old and was on my High School Dance Force. I then went to Lincol College where I got my Associates Degree in Fine Arts. After my two years in Lincoln College I went to work as a performer at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida. After my six months of working for the College Program I came back and started performing at Six Flags Great America. In my time between performing I also went to Columbia College to get my Bachlors Degree in Dance. I performed at Six Flags Great America for 6 years before I opened up my own dance studio here in Wood Dale, IL.

You pay by the session (12 weeks) and we have 3 sessions in a year leading up to our End Of Year Dance Concert.
You can join at any time and we will prorate you tution for you.
30 Minute Classes: 1 class $120 session, 2 classes $225 Session, 3 Classes $330 session, 4 Classes $435 session.
45 Minute Classes: 1 class $150 session, 2 classes $285 Session, 3 Classes $420 session, 4 Classes $555 session.
60 Minute Classes: 1 class $165 session, 2 classes $315 Session, 3 Classes $465 session, 4 Classes $615 session.
Sibling Discount: 10% off First Additional Sibling, 15% off the second, and 20% off the third.
Single Class trial is $15 per class
How did you get started teaching?
The dance professor of mine at Lincoln College took me under her wing as my mentor. She showed me how you could make a carrier our of dance. She had her own classes at an academy and had me be her assistant. Through learning with her is where I got most of my training on top of recieving my Bachlors in dance from Columbia College.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with kids as little as 5 months old all the way up to adults. I have also worked with autistic children as well.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Every teacher is different, there are more then one way to teach dance, and there are many different styles to each genre. Take at least a month of classes (4 classes) and truly give it a try.
