I have played football at the high school, Division I football and professional (Dallas and Minnesota (NFL), Chicago, Birmingham, New Jersey and Orlando (USFL), Arena (Chicago). I was coached by NFL legends, George Allen, Tom Landry, and Marv Levy. My primary position is TE but I have the knowledge base to train all offensive and defensive positions. For me it's paying forward. I enjoy sharing the knowledge I've learned through football.

We train the athletes of all ages and skill levels to perform to the best of their ability.

For young pitchers or position players, I have a weighted ball program & bullpen sessions to get players to throw 4-5 mph faster within a few months!

Im JaBrice Reese , ive played football for 23 years and coach for 4 years. Im well rounded with all phases of the game. I work with all levels thats need skill and technique training. In order to get great results you need great practice.

I'm a former professional hockey player. Still currently involved in many sports as a coach, including softball and flag football. I have a personal training background. And live the healthy lifestyle every day.
