I began working as a tutor in 2014 with AVID Tutors, a program designed to help low-income, minority, and first generation college students. I also have worked with Varsity Tutors, and as a special education assistant with the Madison Metropolitan School District.

Taught by passionate native speakers, the learning experience is filled with games and activities that make learning a new language exciting. I studied Communication at the University of Monterrey, and I’m also a professional journalist, news producer, and public relations specialist, with national awards in my field. Beyond my career, I’ve had the joy of teaching Spanish to little ones — from 1-year-old babies to children between 3 and 7 years old.
