He didn’t just teach my daughter, how to dribble but, what types of techniques(moves) and when to use them. You don’t just dribble to showboat but, to move the defensive player, out of position. What type of speed you need to dribble at. Rebounding, wasn’t just box out. But, positioning your body to have leverage in front of the opposing player, so they won’t be able to get the ball and passing it out. All of this, along with speed and quickness training. Shooting, wasn’t just, hold your hands like this, bend your knee and keep shooting. It was when to shoot and how to get open to shoot. You just don’t see this type of detailed training from today’s trainer. Most “just” cover dribbling and condition with “maybe”, basic shooting techniques. Absolutely “amazing”!
