The attention to detail is almost scientific. The skills training is so beyond what you can imagine, he doesn’t dumb down the skills development, he drives the athletes to up their effort and attention. He then builds the endurance and strength, getting more out of the athlete than they knew was there, having my athlete craving to come back, and it shows in practice with his team. Most impressive is he builds them mentally. When J. says “They won’t out work us”, the athletes take that mindset with them out of the training session and back to their team practice and games.

Coach Rob is amazing with kids and quite funny to me as well. How he interact with the kids is an extreme plus. He is very patient and the kids see that as well. He has a playful but serious way of winning their attention over. He will ask them things like “Do you like to dance?” Then you’ll see the kids smile and then understand that rhythm is why he ask that. It make it look so easy and for that is way I’m glad to have my son working with Coach Rob
