I have experience like School Asisstent in MSDLT (Metropolitan School District Lawrence Township in Indiana).
I worked in a "Spanish Immersion System" at elementary school. I'm working with kids have 6-7 years old (1th grade).

The ideal is to plan three classes per week, always with conversational interaction.
For learn any lenguage the person need to practice especific conversations, and get confident when explain any situation.
Every one have a same think: I need to know read, write and speak. But the true is that for learning a new lenguage the most important thing is have fluid conversations.

Every person should learn a new language.
This is the reason because I want to teaching spanish.
My english has improved since that live in the United State, but I need keep going better.

I'm working in the Elementary School as Teacher Assistent. My job is in a kind of School System where the kids is in Spanish Inmersion. They learn every day to read, to write and to speak in Spanish with Teachers and Teacher Assistents that know Spanish.
