At the age of three, Ryan Patterson discovered a love for golf, thanks to his grandfather. He played competitively into his 20s, then developed a passion for teaching. He went to the Golf Academy of America in Orlando to learn how to communicate the fundamentals of golf.
"The Golf Academy of America set me up for life when it came to my career," says Patterson. "I now own my own business — Imperial Golf — and currently have more than 300 students."
In his daily work, Patterson coaches students to realize and then reach their potential through their golf swing and mental approach to the game. He encourages other golf professionals to strive for success. "If you're really passionate about teaching and helping others, then good things will happen to you," he says.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Instructor was very patient with me
Great instructor, easy to learn with the latest technology to get instant feedback to improve your game. My score has dropped and I am more confident in my game.
"Best facility in the Northland. A one stop shop to learn or fix your game. True one on one analysis to take your game to the next level. Club repairs and re gripping also available on site."
“Swing analysis was fantastic. After some research we purchased an 'all you can eat' program for less than $1000. The consistency and distance my daughter has gained over the last 2 months has been fantastic, and it all started with the Groupon.”
