Repeatable Golf

Repeatable Golf

They way I teach Golf is by offering Golf Drills. After considering several hundred Golf Drills, I have found about 10 Golf Drills that I believe will lower the handicap and scoring of a student within a week of practice. My belief is that there are too many Golf Drills that do not lower one's handicap or at least not in a reasonable amount of time. I have broken down the golf swing into several basics. The Golf Drills I have chosen are one's that I can demonstrate and explain.  I am currently out of town, I will probably be back in Kansas City after September 20, 2016 ... View Profile

Best Golf schools in Kansas City, MO
Are you looking for a GREAT golf school in the Kansas City, MO area? Golf Schools, by Golf Made Simple is one of the top choices in KC. Men’s Journal Magazine named them as the "The 3rd Best Golf School in America”!

THE GMS Approach
The Golf Made Simple approach is not about hitting balls and ad hoc attempts at different techniques to help you improve. Instead, when you visit the GNS School, you will be invited to work with instructors to design a comprehensive program so that the student will achieve certain goals by completing certain tasks and practice. Their approach is results-based - each student will improve at their own pace, but there will be constant and consistent improvement. Each task allows both the student and instructor to study weak points and correct them, creating a more consistent golf swing.

Golf Schools by Golf Made Simple’s philosophy acknowledges that each player, no matter what age, will learn more about their individualized golf swing. They will help each student focus on their individual strengths and weaknesses, converting from a Student into a Player, by helping them create a better golf swing that they can use through life. By teaching the individual how to make simple correction after a bad shot, they will be able to get back on track and continue to enjoy the game. This approach has proven to be effective in improving each person’s current golf swing rather than trying to teach them a different style.

The First Tee of Greater Kansas – Another Excellent Choice
The First Tee of Greater Kansas also scores as one of the best in the Kansas City area. Their philosophy is very different from the traditional golf schools. The First Tee is actually a youth development organization that uses golf as a tool to teach young people valuable life lessons that include integrity, honesty, and sportsmanship, while developing their self-confidence and social skills.

Life’s Nine Core Values
Along with honesty, integrity, and sportsmanship, The First Tee focus on the other core values of life as well, including, Respect, Responsibility,Perseverance,Confidence and Judgment. Golf is a character-builder. By learning the rules of golf, the etiquette, and developing social skills, young golf enthusiasts will take away many lessons that will follow them off the golf course and can shape the way they will lead their daily lives.

Collateral Benefits!
When asked, young golfers expressed that they had an increase in their confidence levels, improved academically and learned how to appreciate diversity. These students are future community leaders. By exposing them to core values through a fun game, they will become some of the best leaders. By providing quality youth programs, adult role models, as well as safe places, The First Tee is successfully providing some collateral benefits to these students.

Recent Program Additions
The First Tee recognizes that child development goes beyond skills. Teaming up with the Annika Foundation, they created the Nine Health Habits, a comprehensive program for you wellness – physical, emotional and social. They program is designed to deliver quality information that is age-appropriate as well as developmentally appropriate to each student.
