For me it is very gratifying that I am able to help that individual play this game of a lifetime that has been so good to me. I have an love affair with golf and knowing that I can give back by helping others learn a game that has given so much to me is just incredible. Plus I love people.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to learn as much as I can so I ask alot of questions like, do they have any physical problems, do their clubls fit them,, what do they want to accomplish, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Divison and achieved their Class A criteria. Their focus is on Teaching Golf. I have workded with various well known teaching professionals.

Adults $55 for 45 minutes or 5 for $220
$65 for 60 minutes or 5 for $260
Junior and Seniors $45 for 45 or 5 for $180
$60 for 60 minutes or 5 for $240
How did you get started teaching?
Began playing golf at 7 years old and addicted to it. Turned professional after college. Played on various mini tours and the Womens European Tour. After playing professionaly 2 men golf professonals suggested I teach. Wow so glad they suggested that. I absolutely Love teaching golf!!
What types of students have you worked with?
I love people and teach men, women and children. I have taught more men than women and children because more men play golf than women or children. I run junior golf camps in the summer. I offer co-ed adult clinis and women only clinics. my oldest student is 80 yers old and youngerst 4 years old. I love beginners and intermediates. I love working with the more serious as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
It was eye opening to watch the amputee golf tournament and made me so appreciative of how people we thing are handicapped are not at all. That handcaps are a choice and only a handicap if you think it is.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would tell the student that is is important that you click with that teacher. If not then it is not the teacher for them.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Stuedents should ask themselves are they coachable and willing to put some practice in on what the teacher gave them.
