About

I am a passionate USGTF Golf professional who thoroughly enjoys reducing handicaps and increasing golf enthusiasts love of the game. I have successfully worked with many students- beginners to single digit handicappers- in all age groups.

By focusing on sound fundamentals and proven techniques, we can create a reliable & repeatable swing that is personalized just for you.

What I enjoy most is the ability to connect with my students and achieve the goals they are after, from just enjoying the game more to playing a more competitive game. I am most interested in helping beginner/intermediate golfers who are frustrated with inconsistent results and want to play at a higher level.

Franks been an outstanding coach, hes done a great job in pinpointing the trouble with my swing, being patient as I worked through it, and finding different ways to explain how to accomplish the smaller parts of the swing so we can put them all together. Not only has he been a good coach, but hes gone above and beyond with follow-up videos and drills to keep me working and getting ready. I look forward to continue working with him, and I encourage others to do the same.

Frank is a teachers teacher. He provides individualized in depth analysis of your grip, alignment, swing, form, etc. and has a progressive approach to correcting and developing a stronger swing for clients across sessions. You will see improvement quickly. Something Frank does really well is integrating the bigger picture into the drills and techniques in order to provide more wholistic biomechanical context. He is detailed oriented, patient, encouraging, and understanding. He is worth every penny. He also just loves golf and wants to see you progress and do better. I genuinely recommend Frank to anyone who is committed to their improvement. I have full faith he will get you there if you are willing to put the work in on your end. This guy is Aces!

In one word Frank is Terrific. In just one lesson Frank showed me (on video - that was a bit humbling) not only all I have been doing wrong for 23 years but also how to correct all of it. After a little practicing in the yard a bit, my first time on a course I hit some shots for more distance and accuracy then I ever have (when I executed Franks instructions). Almost better, I knew what made them good shots.
Frank is the opposite of a clock watcher. He made sure I had enough info and practice to achieve some initial success. He also guided me to selecting some appropriate clubs to replace my hodge podge array and sent me a customized for me follow up video illustrating the proper methods as well as some exercises to build and reinforce good swing habits. More than bang for the buck. Frank really enjoys teaching proper swing. Looking forward to my next lesson.

My wife and I are taking lessons with Frank and for the first time, with his coaching, we are actually understanding what is causing our issues (slice, thin, fat shots) on the course and how to self-correct them. Big difference as before we were like, What the heck happened today!
He also has helped keep our score consistent as well as our misses. No more 85 one day then 102 the next! *****

I never had my swing filmed or analyzed before... a big mistake! What I thought I was doing was far different that what the video showed. Frank was able to take me through that awareness and then help me get my swing on the proper swing plane - something that I had not experienced before. This has helped my consistency in a big way. my bad shots are not so bad anymore and my good shots are even better!

    Frequently asked questions

My process includes having a conversation about goals and setting the right expectations based on our conversation.
From there we get your swing on HD video so we can slow it down and evaluate what you are doing well and where we can improve. Then we set an effective game plan and we begin the process of a sound swing and hopefully have some fun along the way! :)

I am a certified swing "doctor" (USGTF) and have studied and mastered multiple techniques for various physiques & skill levels, realizing one swing does not fit all.
I enjoy working with anyone who is interested in learning the game of golf or simply wants to improve their game. We all know golf can be frustrating and having a professional in your corner can do wonders.

I have done courses with David Ledbetter and Hank Haney who have really helped hone my teaching skills, coaching capacity, and results.

I'm always up to date with the latest equipment, training aids, practice drills, tips, and tricks.

Each lesson is $65.00 for a full hour. Besides the instruction/coaching for the session, it will also include video analysis of your swing and /or areas of improvement, as well as drills/ideas to work on. These are sent after the lesson and do not cost anything additional to you! Thie idea is to get the most out of our time together.

I mostly work with beginner to intermediate golfers as I find the greatest value is starting golf enthusiasts on the correct path or helping players re-find their swing. I have seen so many golfers who have been playing for 20-plus years who struggle with the fundamentals of golf since they were never taught the correct fundamentals at an earlier stage.

My advice is to find a swing coach who is most interested in bringing your golf game to a new level (if that is your goal) and not just looking to give you a "quick fix" as that never lasts. Also, one who you enjoy learning from and feel comfortable with. Going through swing changes can make us nuts...at least have some fun along the way :)

Begin with the end in mind... what do you want to ultimately want to achieve or what is the end goal?

Are you looking for a "quick fix" or are you willing to re-tool your swing if need be?

If you are looking to re-tool, how much time can you commit to practicing what you are learning, ensuring it becomes a sound part of your game?

    Are you coachable? :)
