Hi! My name is Jarelys Zamora and I've been playing for about 16 years. I was about 8 years old when I \ was introduced to the violin and I've stuck by it ever since. With a Boston University master's in Music Education from Boston University, I am very passionate about music and teaching. My teaching style is not the usual because I exclusively like to teach based on the students and their learning styles. As a music educator, it is vital for me that students enjoy playing and learning as much as I would like for them to be! Communication is the most important thing to me. I like for the students to bring in music they'd like to play

I give students a full service. I teach violin technique, music interpretation, music theory, how to read music, and music history. I believe that students fully enjoy their playing if they are able to receive a complete musical education, and not only learning the notes. I am passionate about music and teaching. I really enjoy to communicate my knowledge and love to others, and to see them satisfied and happy.

Hayley Raye Murks-Abdikadirova is a multi-instrumentalist and composer in the Greater Boston Area. She is one of Early Music America Magazine's 2020 Grant Recipients, and the 2013 recipient of STRINGS Magazine's Edith Eisler Award for Music Education. Currently employed at the Harvard Art Museums, Hayley is a senior member of the Harvard Baroque Chamber Orchestra. She recieved her Undergraduate Performance Diploma and Master's of Music in Viola Performance from the Longy School of Music of Bard College. My passion for teaching has led me to enjoy teaching students in all levels - beginner to advanced. I began privately teaching pre-college students while pursuing my bachelors and masters at Juilliard. My collegiate-teaching career began during my doctorate studies at the University of South Carolina. With that being said, I am able to cater to whatever the students desire in their musical journey to make a lasting impact! Having the opportunity to teach at the collegiate level (currently a violin professor at SUNY Fredonia) paired with pre-college students has opened my teaching process to be incredibly open-minded, aware, and creative!
